I was born and raised in France but I currently live in New York City

Single? Taken?
If  single what do you look for in a significant other?
I’m looking for someone genuine, honest and ambitious. Someone that I can trust and grow with.

I’m a Model and Actor and I’m also doing film directing. I do personal training as well and am a former professional basketball player.

I  go to the movies very often to catch up with the latest films released. In fact I can’t wait to go see Will Smith’s new movie Focus that comes at the end of the month. I spend a lot of time studying films by reading books and watching documentaries on movie directors and actors. Other then that I spend about 10 hours a week going to the gym to workout. I try to maintain the shape that I was in when I was playing basketball and as a model it is important to keep a healthy body. I’m also a nature lover, so I like to go for a walk in central Park or Prospect Park. Nature is pretty restricted in Nyc but I found these two place really beautiful and inspiring. I’m an adventurous, so I like to travel and have many different experiences.

How do you feel about women who rock their natural hair?
I embrace women who rock their natural hair. It’s part of their beauty and the more confident they are about  it, the more attractive that make them. Add a great mind and  personality to that, and you have your wonder woman.
What products do you use in your hair?
I use L’oreal Paris shampoo to wash them and Pantene conditioner for curly hair that’s it for now.

How do you protect your hair at night?
I don’t use any type of protection for my hair at night.

How do women usually react to your hair?
That’s funny because I used to shave my head when playing basketball and one day a friend of mine told me that I should try a different look for fun so I decided to let my hair grow for a while. I had never imaged that women (and even men lol) would gravitate to me because of my hair. I get a lot of compliments about the pattern of my curls. In France, having long curly hair isn’t necessary a big drown of attention, but America it is. I’m often being asked the question where am I from, or what am I mixed with and I get all kind of answers; Brazilian, Portorican, Indian, Native American, Dominican…the only way people find out without me telling them is when they hear my French accent.

What tip could you give on staying in shape?
To be in shape start at home by eating healthy with a well scheduled meal plan. I like to have a consistent break first around 7am. Cereals, Oatmeal, eggs, yogurt and orange juice. Break first is one of the most important meals because that’s what set you up for the rest of the day. Many people neglect their breakfast but eat all kind of snacks until it is lunch time. I like to get my lunch around 12am, that’s when I usually eat pasta or rice and meat. That’s the big meal of the day.  Then around 4pm I get some snacks like cereal bars or yogurts. Finally I have dinner around 8p.m. Dinner should be a lighter meal, like vegetable, salads fruits, yogurt etc. Big meals like pasta with sauce and meat should be avoided in the evening because your body won’t need as many calories and carbs to burn during your sleep than it does during the day when you are active.
Once you have your eating routine set up then you can start to put the work in at the gym. Just like with food, I have my workout routine. I workout the chest on Mondays, arms on Tuesdays, shoulders on Wednesdays, Legs on Thursdays, Fridays I mix it up and I do mostly stretching and resting Saturdays and Sundays. I add to each session about 600 or more abs reps that include different type of exercises. Of course everybody should have their own routine. What works for me may not work for someone else. You have to find your limits and push them a little bit more each day.
Describe your perfect date
The perfect date for me would have to be with someone that makes me happy and smile. Where or how does not really matter, it is what we make of it. I could be in the most unattractive place as long as I have that special person with me, this place and moment will still be amazing. Now a perfect date with that special person would be a clear night sky dinner on the beach somewhere in the Virgin Islands. Just her and me face to face in this paradisaical environment for a wild and sexy night.

Name one thing people might be surprised to know about you.
I’m very interested into space and how it operates. I find it mysterious and fascinating. As human being, we know so little about the world and universe that we live in. I was blown away after seeing Christopher Nolan’s last movie Interstellar! Probably one of the most realistic and daring space movie ever made!  My biggest dream is to one day go into space and see the blue planet from out there. Hopefully they will build commercial spaceships before I leave this world…
